A Way Out looks like it is shaping up to be a fantastic narrative-driven gaming experience. This is the first title (to my knowledge) to feature a co-op story that is told through multiple (split-screen) camera angles and story threads. Brett and I react to the new gameplay shown at the 2017 Game Awards hosted by Geoff Keighley.
There is also controversy over how the founder (Josef Fares) of Hazelight, the studio behind A Way Out, acted during the awards show. Here’s all our thought on the topic.
