NetherRealm has revealed more details for the upcoming beta for Mortal Kombat 11, and there is plenty to look forward to.
Starting on Wednesday, March 27 at 8 AM PT, the beta will run all the way till Sunday, March 31, at 1159 PM PT. The beta will be available to all who have pre-ordered Mortal Kombat 11 for PS4 and or Xbox One.
The latest addition confirmed by NetherRealm is Kotal Kahn.
The beta will include online multiplayer matches and the single-player Towers of Time mode. There is also an exclusive preview of the Custom Character Variation System. Much like Injustice 2, the system will allow players to choose from different cosmetic options for their chosen fighter.
Skins, gear, special abilities, taunts, brutalities, intro, and even victory cinematics can be tweaked.
For online multiplayer, you will need a PS Plus membership, but Towers of Time will be available offline.
Pre-ordering will not just guarantee you the beta access for Mortal Kombat 11, but also Shao Kahn as a playable character.
Mortal Kombat 11 releases on April 23.
