QuakeCon 2019 is about to commence this week, and fans of id Software games like Doom, Quake, or even Rage will have their hands full this July 25-28 in Dallas.
The four-day convention is one of the longest-running gaming events in the world that have players bringing their own computers, with thousands attending panels, tournaments, and get hands-on time with demos.
One of those demos will be Doom Eternal, the next entry into the iconic franchise, releasing this November 22. Attendees can get up close and personal with the first-person shooter, considering the tagline of QuakeCon 2019 is “The Year of Doom.”
Of course, there are plenty of other titles that are at QuakeCon, and fans unable to attend can still get their fix via plenty of great deals happening this week.
