Death Stranding has always been quite the enigma, the brainchild of Hideo Kojima has never failed to pique the interests of many a PlayStation fan. And in a series of tweets, the man behind Metal Gear Solid has been teasing an update on May 29, and it appears things are getting creepy and weird a little early on the PlayStation Twitch stream.
At this time, over 8,000 live viewers are observing handprints appearing in ink with a mysterious soundtrack to boot. You can even see some familiar silhouettes in brief flashes if you have been keeping up with Death Stranding.
A woman’s voice can also be heard saying something along the lines of “not to stand apart, but to come together.” What it all means is still up in the air, but it is trademark Kojima at this point.

With Kojima teasing that “Tomorrow is in your hands” in one of his latest tweets, perhaps we just have to wait a short while to find out more about his upcoming title.
A release date would be nice, and maybe even a cross-generational tease for the PlayStation exclusive as we draw nearer to E3 2019, where there will be no PlayStation presence… for now.
