Season 17 of Blizzard’s Diablo III will start this May 17, launching alongside plenty of quality-of-life changes with the latest patch.

In Season 17, players will be receiving a set bonus that is provided by Legacy of Nightmares. In a blog post, Diablo III associate community manager Brandy Camel stated that “classes with especially powerful Legacy of Nightmare builds will be able to experiment with new combinations, particularly ones centered around their ring slots.

Meanwhile, classes traditionally dependent on a heavy amount of survivability from their ring slots have more freedom to experiment with build-changing Legendaries that don’t rely on a Class Set.”

There will also be numerous cosmetics to earn, with both old and new additions to the selection. Several cosmetics from Season 5 return, so keep a look out if you missed out the first time.

Starting May 17, Season 5’s pants and boots slots of the Conqueror Set, Greyhollow Island portrait frames, and the Wickerman pet can be unlocked. Completing all the chapters of the Season Journey will reward you with the Galactic Wings.

This new season of Diablo IIIwill also continue the seasonal conquest rotation. Sprinter, Speed Racer, Avarice, Avaritia, The Thrill, Superhuman, Years of War, Dynasty, Masters of the Universe, and Masters of Sets will all go live on May 17.

Completing Chapters 2, 3, and 4 of the Season Journey also earns players the three essential Haedrig’s Gifts necessary to unlock a full class set.

Here is Diablo III‘s Season 17 Class Sets:

  • Barbarian — Might of the Earth
  • Crusader — Thorns of the Invoker
  • Demon Hunter — The Shadow’s Mantle
  • Monk — Monkey King’s Garb
  • Necromancer — Grace of Inarius
  • Witch Doctor — Raiment of the Jade Harvester
  • Wizard — Firebird’s Finery

The new patch for Diablo III will be implementing a lot of changes, and you can get all the patch notes in this blog post.
