The last entry in the Ghost Recon franchise is over two years old now. It seems something new might be coming to the Ghost Recon universe. Ubisoft teased a new Ghost Recon announcement. New Ghost Recon announcement teased by Ubisoft

The announcement came through the official Skell Technology site. According to the site, the event will be taking place on May 9th at 11:30 PT. It is unclear as to what will be covered in this Ghost Recon announcement. At this point,  it’s everyone’s guess, since it could be additional DLC for Ghost Recon Wildlands. Although, that is somewhat unlikely since the game just got new DLC recently. Thus, it might be the announcement of a Wildlands’ sequel.

Aside from this upcoming Ghost Recon announcement, Wildlands added some additional content recently. The title got new free DLC on May 2nd. The DLC, Operation Oracle, consists of a mission featuring Jon Bernthal (from The Punisher). The free DLC will be available for anyone who has downloaded the latest update of the game and has already completed the first mission of Ghost Recon Wildlands. After completing the mission, two exclusive cosmetic rewards will be unlocked.

Talking about games that continue getting support, Bioware continues to support Anthem despite its mixed reception. Check out all the details here!
