While no one was really surprised when IO Interactive announced a new Hitman title, the fact that the game will be releasing this year and won’t be episodic was something of a shock. Well, thanks to a quote given to VG247 by an IO Interactive representative we now know that the game will launch with six locations. Here’s the actual quote –

We have six confirmed locations that will be immediately playable when Hitman 2 launches on 13 November 2018, and there will be multiple missions available within each location

Six levels may seem rather light on content but anyone who has played 2016’s Hitman will know how big and sprawling the levels can be. Add in the fact that there will be multiple missions in each location as well as multiple ways to complete those missions and there will be plenty of content to keep fans of the series busy.

If you’re unfamiliar with Hitman 2 you can check out the trailer for the game down below –
