Right on time for the middle of the year, the deals are rolling in for the PlayStation sale — a huge annual event. Exactly what it sounds like, the mid-year sale offers pretty strong discounts on lots of hot games. There are not many doorbusters this time around, but this mid-year sale certainly still has some highlights whether you are looking for games on PS3, PS4, or even Vita or VR. You can check out the full sale page here, but a few standout deals will be listed below. Also note that prices listed reflect general prices, so PS+ owners may be able to save a bit more than what is described here.

Some of the best PS4 offerings include Rocket League for $11.99, Destroy All Humans 1 and 2 for $7 a piece, Fallout 4 for $18, and Skyrim Special Edition for $24. The remastered double pack containing Final Fantasy X and X-2 is also available for just $15.

Sony has been pushing the VR hard the last few months with price drops, bundles, and game announcements (including an exclusive courtesy of From Software). This continues with the mid-year sale featuring a few VR games at decent prices. This includes Driveclub VR for $6, Farpoint for $17, and DOOM VFR for $18.

If your PS3 is still kickin’, your dollars can take you pretty far this mid-year sale. Several PS1 classics are available for under $4, including Mega Man Legends 2, Resident Evil 2, Parasite Eve, and Dino Crisis 1 and 2. Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit is $3.29, Tomb Raider (2013) is $4, and the GTA4 Complete Edition is $12.

PS Vita

Last but not least, the Vita is still getting deals in 2018. 92 Vita and PSP games will be discounted in the next two weeks. This includes several PS1 classics (same as above), Danganronpa: Ultra Despair Girls for $15, Crypt of the Necrodancer for $4.49, and Ys Origin for $10.

These are just a few of the great games discounted this mid-year sale. Be sure to check out the full sale and let us know what you’ll be picking up.
