With Destiny 2 welcoming the Shadowkeep expansion this past week, you would think it would take a considerable amount of time before players figured out the more difficult parts of the new content, like the Garden of Salvation raid.
Well, it took just about six hours and fifteen minutes before the world’s first clear of Destiny 2‘s latest raid centred around the Vex to be cleared. The fireteam from Clan Ascend, consisting of Antivist, Cyber, ExBlack, Monks, Narhzul, and Pash has been recognised by developers Bungie for their efforts, and they will getting a championship belt to celebrate the occasion.
Congratulations to our Garden of Salvation World First Raid winners!

In comparison to the Last Wish raid, the Garden of Salvation raid took about a third of the time for a world’s first. However, this was done by a group of high-level and dedicated players, and will still present a challenge to the majority of the player base.
To date, only about 3.2% of the PS4 players have even completed the Last Wish raid, and the fact that Clan Ascend went in blind and pulled it off is amazing, to say the least.
The completion of Garden of Salvation has now started the Vex Offensive activities on the Moon, and Guardians who have completed the Shadowkeep storyline will have something new to look forward to.
